Personal Data Policies
These Personal Data Policies cover the use of our VR Tablet PC.
You accept these terms by using the VR Tablet PC, or continuing to use the VR Tablet PC after being notified of a change to these terms.
We can modify these personal data policies at any time and we will notify you of any changes. By using the service after the changes take effect, you agree to the new personal data policies. If you do not agree to the new personal data policies, use of this API can be discontinued.

Personal information we Collect
We collect personal data or information from you, about your use of the VR Tablet PC, in the following categories.
1.1 Oculus User Data" means any data, information and content relating to an individual, device, or unique identifier (including anonymized or hashed user IDs) that you obtain from Oculus.
1.2 “Device User Data” means any data relating to a person, device, or unique identifier (including anonymized or hashed user IDs) that you obtain directly from your Oculus Device (including microphone data, camera data, headset location, hand tracking); information and content.
1.3 Oculus User Data and Device User Data are collectively referred to as 'User Data'.
1.4. We may use your data only for the following purposes: (a) operate, support, and maintain the content to provide or improve the experience of providing or improving the experience to end users who are the subjects of requesting the content and for which user data is collected; to improve the content (provided that such insights are aggregated, personally identifiable, or anonymized so that the underlying user data cannot be re-identified).
1.5. In addition to these purposes, we may use Oculus user data (other than device user data) only for the following purposes: (a) provide users with information about, or obtain access to, new or existing features of the App that the user has purchased from us, or of any other app provided by our legal entity or affiliate (as defined in the Developer Distribution Agreement); provided.
Use of personal information
1. We use the personal information we collect for the specific purposes when you use the VR Tablet PC. The specific purposes include eliminating the errors or bugs of the VR Tablet PC, and optimizing and improving the performance of the VR Tablet PC and enhancing the safety and the security of the VR Tablet PC.
Sharing of personal information
We may share user data only in the following cases:
1.1 Where the End User has expressly instructed in writing to share User Data with a third party (to retain evidence of the End User's express instruction and provide it if requested by Oculus);
1.2 Third party service providers and subcontractors where service providers have contracts with other service providers (subcontractors) if they have obtained appropriate authorization or have other appropriate legal basis ( a) limit the use of user data by third party service providers and their subcontractors only to the purpose of providing services to our app on our behalf (not permitted for their own purposes or for any other purpose); ); and with the subcontractor's service provider, requiring that user data be kept secure and confidential and may be shared with that service provider only with written consent. We will ensure that third parties comply with this Policy and all other relevant terms and policies as if they were in our location, and that third parties are held liable for non-compliance. In any event, we will be responsible to Oculus for the actions of ours and such third parties, as well as for their omissions, including non-compliance with the rules.
1.3 Where required under applicable law or regulation (we will retain and provide evidence of any requirement or request of applicable law or regulation).
When requested by Oculus, We will provide a list of all service providers and their subcontractors with their up-to-date contact information, the types and amounts of user data shared, and written stating that the service providers are in compliance with the provisions of these Terms and Conditions. We will provide the Proof of consent.
Deletion of personal information and Secuirty
1.1 Data Security Requirements: We will maintain the following administrative, physical and technical safeguards in effect. (a) meet industry standards or higher, taking into account the sensitivity of user data; (b) comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data security and privacy laws, rules and regulations; Measures designed to prevent processing (including, explicitly speaking, access, destruction, loss, alteration, disclosure, distribution, defacement), including violation of any applicable terms or policies.
1.2 Data Deletion: We agree that (a) a user requests that user data be deleted; (except for termination or removal of personally identifiable elements); (c) when User Data is no longer needed to provide the App experience or services to the User; delete user data where required, and ensure that service providers and subcontractors of service providers delete user data without undue delay.
1.3 Incident Notification: If we become aware of an incident or unauthorized data processing that may damage our IT system, we will notify us using this form as soon as possible. We will immediately initiate corrective action for the incident and provide Oculus with the information.
