These terms cover the use of our VR Tablet PC. You accept these terms by using the VR Tablet PC, or continuing to use the VR Tablet PC after being notified of a change to these terms.
We can modify these terms at any time and we will notify you of any changes. By using the service after the changes take effect, you agree to the new terms of service. If you do not agree to the new terms, use of the VR Tablet PC can be discontinued.

Your Responsibilities For Using the VR Tablet PC
You must use the VR Tablet PC only for your personal and non-commercial purposes under these Terms. By using the VR Tablet PC, you agree to be bound by the following rules.
1.1. Do not use the VR Tablet PC to do anything illegal.
1.2. Do not use the VR Tablet PC to infringe the rights of others, including illegal hacking that infringes on the privacy or data protection rights of others or illegal spamming or engaging in phishing.
1.3. Do not use the VR Tablet PC to share inappropriate content or material or your content or material that does not comply with local laws with third parties.
1.4. Do not circumvent restrictions on access or availability of the VR Tablet PC.
1.5. Do not use the VR Tablet PC to engage in activities that are harmful to you or others.
1.6. Do not use the VR Tablet PC to help others do the above. If an action that violates the above code of conduct is performed when using the VR Tablet PC, the VR Tablet PC service may be suspended, and we are exempted from any actions that violate the above code of conduct done using the VR Tablet PC.
Responsibilities to other users of the VR Tablet PC for which you have a license
2.1. Anyone using the VR Tablet PC for which you have a license, including you, is considered a user of the VR Tablet PC in these Terms. You are responsible for the activities of all users using the VR Tablet PC and for ensuring that all users comply with these Terms.
Resolution of Disputes
3.1. If you have a dispute with us regarding these terms of the VR Tablet PC or your use of the VR Tablet PC, you can contact us at yongbikiss@gmail.com.
Network Payment
4.1. You acknowledge and agree that the network provider for your computer system may charge you for any data communication services or third party fees you may incur while you are using the VR Tablet PC, and you are responsible for any such fees.
License Rights
5.1. When you use the VR Tablet PC, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, limited license to access, use and download the VR Tablet PC for your personal, non-commercial purposes only, subject to your compliance with these Terms in the VR Tablet PC you use. You should use only the latest version of the VR Tablet PC at that time. No licenses or rights are granted to you, implied or otherwise, except for the licenses and rights expressly granted herein. Your license to the VR Tablet PC will terminate if any services related to the VR Tablet PC are canceled by you or us.
5.2. The VR Tablet PC is licensed, not sold, and we reserve all rights in the VR Tablet PC not expressly granted by us, whether by implication, estoppel or otherwise. This license does not grant you the following right to:
5.2.1. Bypassing or circumventing technical protection measures related to the VR Tablet PC;
5.2.2. Reverse engineering, decompiling, hacking, disassembling, or emulating the VR Tablet PC except as expressly permitted by applicable copyright law; or Extracting code from the VR Tablet PC, creating derivative works using the VR Tablet PC, distributing, renting, offering or licensing the VR Tablet PC for free or paid, publicly displaying, publicly using, streaming, or broadcasting the VR Tablet PC are not permitted.
5.2.3. Using or modifying all or part of the VR Tablet PC for use on other APPs or other APIs or other devices;
5.2.4. Transferring the VR Tablet PC APP, the VR Tablet PC licenses, or any right to access or use the VR Tablet PC.
5.2.5. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, we grant no licenses or other rights of any kind under any patents, know-how, copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property owned or controlled by us. including, but not limited to names, logos or equivalents.
Your Content
We do not claim ownership of any APIs or APPs or contents created by you using the VR Tablet PC or any APIs or APPs that are not related to the VR Tablet PC or methods that do not infringe the intellectual property rights of the VR Tablet PC. The APIs or APPs or contents you created above may be software.
Notices and Procedures for Claims of Intellectual Property Infringement
We respect the intellectual property rights of third parties. If you would like to send us notices of intellectual property infringement, including alleged copyright infringement, yongbikiss@gmail.com will receive a response.
Third-Party Service
The VR Tablet PC allows you to store or share your content or receive material from third parties. We do not claim ownership of your content. Your Content remains yours and you are responsible for it. You can use the VR Tablet PC to connect to and use third-party apps or third-party links, and you understand that if you use the VR Tablet PC to access third-party apps or third-party links, you may expose yourself to content that is offensive, harmful, or inappropriate. You understand that while using the VR Tablet PC, you may be exposed to content from a variety of sources, and you acknowledge that such content may be inaccurate, offensive or objectionable. The VR Tablet PC may allow you to access or obtain products, services, websites, links, content, materials, games, technologies, integrations or applications from third parties. Third Party Terms do not modify these Terms. You assume all risks and liabilities arising from your use of these third party software and services, and you agree that we are not responsible for any problems arising from your use.
Additional Provisions
9.1. The functionality or performance of the VR Tablet PC may change or be limited. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may restrict, remove, change or update all or part of existing features of the VR Tablet PC, or may add new features to the existing features of the VR Tablet PC. We may modify all or part of the VR Tablet PC without notice to improve the functionalities and performance of the VR Tablet PC. You may need to update your VR Tablet PC software to continue using the VR Tablet PC. However, we are under no obligation to warrant providing updates to the VR Tablet PC software.
9.2. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY DISCLAIMER
9.2.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the VR Tablet PC is provided and licensed 'as is'. We give no express warranties or guarantees in relation to the VR Tablet PC. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE ENTIRE RISKS TO THE SAFETY, SECURITY, QUALITY, AND PERFORMANCE OF THE VR Tablet PC ARE WITH YOU, and we make no express warranties that the VR Tablet PC will function flawlessly at all times under any conditions. All online services may be interrupted or discontinued from time to time, and we are not responsible for any interruption or loss that may result. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for the actions or activities of persons or content shared by people that may occur through the use of the VR Tablet PC. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR CONDITIONS, COMPRISING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SAFETY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
9.2.2. OUR LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND WE SHALL IN NO EVENT BE LIABLE FOR YOUR LOST PROFITS, YOUR CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THESE TERMS. It also applied even if we knew or should have known about the possibility of such losses or damages.
9.2.3. You agree that indemnify and protect us at our request unless otherwise provided by applicable laws against (i) your breach of these Terms or any applicable law or third party rights; (ii)your inability to purchase or use the VR Tablet PC; (iii) any claim, liability, damage, loss or expense (including but not limited to attorney fees) arising from any Content you provide, upload or transmit using the VR Tablet PC;
9.2.4. We will not be liable for any failure or failure to perform any of our obligations under these Terms to the extent caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control such as natural disasters, war or terrorist activities. We will strive to minimize the impact of these events and fulfill our obligations unaffected.
Payment
When you purchase the license of the VR Tablet PC or related services, these payment terms apply to your purchase and you agree to it.
10.1. Fee
If there are any fees associated with the VR Tablet PC or related services, you agree to pay those fees in the specified currency. If we do not receive full payment from you on time, we may suspend or cancel the service.
10.2. Price Fluctuations.
We may change the price of the license of the VR Tablet PC or related services at any time.
10.3. Payment to you
If we are required to pay you, you agree to provide us with all information necessary to receive such payment in a timely and accurate manner. In accordance with applicable law, you are responsible for all taxes and charges that you may incur from these payments.
Safety Warning
If you feel any discomfort while using the VR Tablet PC or related services, discontinue use immediately or take a break or consult a doctor.
You may not assign these Terms or the right to use the VR Tablet PC and related-Services to any other person. This is the entire agreement between you and us for your use of the VR Tablet PC and related-Services. It supersedes any prior agreements between you and us with respect to your use of the VR Tablet PC and related-Services. You have not relied on any representations, representations, warranties, understandings, or promises in entering into these Terms. Neither promise nor warranty, not expressly set forth in these Terms, affect these Terms and Conditions. All parts of these Terms apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
