FL GesTure Privacy Policy

 These Personal Data Policies cover the use of our FL GesTure.

You accept these terms by using the FL GesTure, or continuing to use 
the FL GesTure after being notified of a change to these terms.   
We can modify these personal data policies at any time and we will 
notify you of any changes. 
By using the service after the changes take effect, you agree to 
the new personal data policies.   If you do not agree to the new 
personal data policies, use of this API can be discontinued.

Personal information we Collect
1. Our FL GesTure application does not collect any personal information 
from you while you are playing the FL GesTure application. 
But, We may collect personal data or information from you, about your 
use of the FL GesTure, in the following categories.
1.1 any data and information relating to an individual, device,
or unique identifier that you obtain from Google.

Use of personal information
1. We use the personal information we collect for the specific 
purposes when you use the FL GesTure.   The specific purposes 
include eliminating the errors or bugs of the FL GesTure, and 
optimizing and improving the performance of the FL GesTure and 
enhancing the safety and the security of the FL GesTure and adding 
new features to the existing app.   There is no external network 
connected to the FL GesTure application to collect your personal 
information.   Therefore, if above-mentioned troubles or things occur 
in the FL GesTure application, to solve above-mentioned 
troubles or things, we can ask you for the collection of the personal 
information through communication means such as e-mail.    However,
to ensure transparent and safety of such actions, we or you may notify
Google Play of this, in that case.
The FL GesTure may capture a part or all of your body
to operate itself.   
However, the captured image is only used for calculations that
derive input data only inside the phone, and is never sent to 
the outside.

This app does not require any server or network connection 
to exchange data with your mobile phone.
Therefore, we do not retain any data about your photographed image.

Data Deletion
We agree to delete your personal information when you requests 
deletion of your data (except for termination or removal of 
personally identifiable elements), without unfair delay.

Google Play's privacy policy terms.
